Good linking overall.. but dont let anyone catch you with that level 7 lapis in your gear on an ep4 server 
I disagree with the weapon choice and linking. I prefer 6 slotted jav, linked flash2, flash 1, ele, Str6, dex6, assault6.
Weapon | Attack Power | Attack Speed

Also 200 +416 dex is way too little for a hunter. Aim for closer to 700 +. Based on your linking you are putting too much base stats into luc. If you want high luc build, then remove shrewd5 or craft5 from your linking (top, boots) and add fortune 5 instead. Dont forget you can get like 100 luc from assassin buff and str from prayer buff but you can't get dex from buffs.
Also your math sucks epicly.
Your total stats for strength are 443(not including rolls) not 473
You left out 8 dex on your pants from the DC1. Even with this added, your dex is 396, not 413
Your luc is 378, not 398
You are saying your gear has rerolled 124 str, 7 dex, 18 luc.
The max roll on gear is 13, and 23 for weapons. Assuming you got the max str on everything, you would still only be able to get 88 str so You are completely bullshitting at this point. Even using your numbers, 567 - 473 = 94. Still impossible.
When adding your numbers you may have added your helmet twice (you wrote the numbers 2x in your post) or you may have been buffed with leadership, prayer, incantation or something.

| This build tells me 2 things :-
1) as Creeps mentioned you are really bad at math
Or
2) you are another unwanted hacker on the server
I have been around long enough on PS to know duped gears, extra stats etc...
Now from your post you have stated that you have lvl 7 lapis in your gear
as we know that lapis isnt on the server so a) you made a mistake or you have illegal stuff on the server
You also stated your total dex/str and luck
as was pointed out from actual math your stated stats are wrong
So a) you cant add up or b) you have hacked gear with extra orange stats
Would be interesting for someone to inspect and ss you when you are on for the stats you have to help you out with a fresh post with actual stats :P

| The level 7 lapis is obviously a typo... thats why i made a joke about it. You can see he lists the total luc in his pants as 59. A 6/7 plus duals would be over 80.
However the rest of the numbers aren't typos. His calculations are off by 30/25/20 str, dex and luc respectively. Lets also not forget about his impossible rolls on his gear which are above the maximum possible total combined on all 6 pieces. If my math is wrong someone please correct me.
NOTE: His numbers cannot be explained by
- Starter Stats
- Base Stats/Stats for being level 60
- Buffs (there is no buff that gives dex)
- Pvp Reward Stats
