| Okay GS's have a few requirements and rules
1.) must be willing to stop pvping on there char if a problem arises to take care of the situation
2.) must know English (helps if you know more than just English)
3.) must have a Skype (that is where our staff talks to each other)
4.) can NEVER pvp on your GS char (people will think you are cheating even if you are not)
5.) Can not abuse your limited GM powers
6.) GS's have to have some means of recording Game-play such as FRAPS
7.) avoid talking on Trade chat as much as you can (your messages go to both factions)
8.) if another GS requests you get on your GS char to help w/ a situation, you are obligated to do so. (we are a team)
Your application MUST include the following
1.) current in game char name (the 1 you use the most)
2.) your Age
3.) what recording medium you use
4.) why you want to be a GS
5.) why you think you should be a GS
6.) any additional information you would like to add
Remember being a GS is a volunteer job, but it is still a job. Do it right or you won't have it long...

I'd love to be a GS never had more fun on a server than I have here. I have experience as a GS so why not put my experience to use XD
I have FRAPS on my pc for videos and have consistently been able to calm drama on other servers so I should be able to do that here as well ^_^

| Hi, my name is Paolo and I also wanna be a GS 
IGN: -DemiGod- AoL
I have experience like GS cuz I've been that in other servers.
I really love ep 4 and this server, I'm also trying to make other players love it and let other people join.
I ve lot of brothers and sisters, and I'm the oldest so I know how to solve conflicts.
I speak english, italian, french, arab and a little bit of spanish xD

Hey i am a AoL player only and have had experience in both Ep 4 shiaya as a GS and private servers i can speak portugese and spanish which i see alot around this server
also being a GS is somthing i always want to do, i am good at resolving fights and get along well with everyone

I am playing Alliance of Light. My Fighter's name is .Delaif
2) How many hours you are on per day and your time zone?
-I am on basically 12+ hours each day.
-My time zone is GMT+1.
3) Have you ever held a staff position on another server? If yes, what was your position and what server was this on?
I already had my own Server, and i was GM/GS on several other Servers.
Servers like Shaiyaner, Sand of War, Crystal Shaiya, and many more.
You can see, i got experience with all commands.
4) Tell us a little about yourself, what qualities do you feel that you posess that would benefit your faction?
Well first off, my name is Thomas. I am 15 years old.
I have played both Alliance of Light and Union of Fury. I know each side like the back of my hand.
At the snap of a finger I can convert Alliance of Light to Union of Fury or Union of Fury to Alliance of Light
Experience in Events In-Game:
-1 V. 1
-Word Scramble
-Russian Roulette
-Name That Tune, Celebrity, Etc.
-PvP Events (1-15, 20-30, 1-60, and 60-70)
-Monster Madness Events
-PvP Monster Madness Events
-Trivia
-The almighty Hide and Seek
-And many others. I usually try to come up with ideas for new events all the time. (=

Why I want to become staff member of this Server:The reason why I want to become staff member on this server is because I want to make this a welcoming, fair, and friendly environment for the players and the fellow staff members. I want to make this the best server I possibly can. I want people to come to this server and fall in love with it and stay here. I want this server to last.
Characteristics of a good Staff Member:
Outgoing, Friendly, Welcoming, Bubbly, Energetic, Funny, Kind, Courteous, Reliable, Trustworthy, Responsible, and Caring. Staff members should not get angry in any given situation. They have to stay calm and be focused. Staff members should be willing to drop what they are doing to help other players or fellow staff members. They should have to get along with their other staff members also, if not, that will create a lot of conflicts. They should have ways for players to connect them, as previously stated. As a Staff Member, what you do and they way you act reflects on the other players and the server. That is what I believe a Staff Member should be and that is how I would act as a Staff Member.
How you think you can help your faction?
I believe I can help the faction by upholding its rules for all players whether I am on Alliance of Light or Union of Fury. If there is any questions come about, I will be right there to answer them no matter what I am doing. I want to help anyone and everyone with leveling issues, armor, drops, info about the server and etc. I want to help this server be welcoming and inviting for everyone that comes and for everyone that stays. I want to help this server be fair for everyone by dealing with hackers and things that come about. I just want to make this a fun gaming experience for everyone. Oh! I can't forget about the awesome events!
I would just like to say, thank you for taking time to read this and giving me the opportunity to apply for staff position on this server. If I am chosen, I will not let you down. If not, I hope you picked a suitable person for the position

- I want to be a GS because it would be my first time ever and there is no other server i rather be a GS on than this server.
