| First, we are really sorry we had to do it this way guys, but again we did everything we could first before we went with this route.
We were injected a couple days ago, just like we were on Haven; all User and Character info was deleted from the database. I had been running backups once every hour, so I thought it would be okay... but when I tried to restore it to 1 hour before the attack... nothing came back. It was the same as before: empty. I did some research and it turns out that the backups were storing in "simple" mode and not "full", which means that recovery to a certain point in time is impossible. u.u
I had separate backups from June 21, which I think was the day before we opened, because the only account on there was the default one. I used those, but of course that means the server was "wiped". This means you have to recreate your accounts and start over from 0. I'm truly sorry you lost your rank and all your good rerolls... but at least everything is free to make it again right? And kills are 2x for a few days to help you rank up again. 
I'm learning every single day that I run these servers, as I have been learning since we started creating Haven a year ago. I only regret that you, the players, have to pay for every mistake I make. But if you'll stay with me in the hard times, and we can make it through every single thing the "bad guys" throw at us, I promise it'll be worth it in the long run. Thank you for remaining supportive and coming back; and to those who are angry and leave for a more stable server, I completely understand and wish you well on your journey. :)

| As long people can play there are no problems i gues...
wish i could use this x2 kill.
But i'm on vacation i wil get my rank back when i'm able to play again :d

| well we can start over so this aint going to be a problem when some ppl whine than you cldnt do anything about it ...
