In this form EB is useless.
When a person dies, they lose all their buffs.

This skill is useless because:
a)
Everyone have 500 luc and ex-fast very-fast
b)
Skill work 1-3 sec and u die
Now tell me, for what this buff is good in pvp? Only for farm, not pvp! That why i say change. Regina,KB PV, DF, POG is important for pvp, but this?

| Honestly i dislike 60 skills alot. I am not sure what is the cooldown of them all but sometme it feels like ppl spam them on me.  Its episode 4 not 5! In episode 5 you NEED those skills to kill some rec nub with 60k hp and 5k def.. but here? It only keeps you away from enjoying that thing called pvp. And as for the years ive been pvping in shaiya.. getting 1 hitted all over again and again is not much of a pvp. It keeps ppl from showing theyr pvp skills.
But then again when your raid is outnubered from the other faction, those skills help you gain few kills so it wont be official feed. (ill skip the part that even the faction that is outnumbering is spamming them too while camping (thats for both factions)even on spown spot (now thats for fury))
And here comes the question about eb and ut skills. That i think are helpful and needed. (i will not comment the nubs spamming pog/df/wg and so on for themslefs all over again becouse they are afraid to give a kill)
And -yay- WTF are you talking?! EB being useless?! Did you fell on your head?! This may sound hella rude, and im sorry for it.. but EB is the only 60 skill that actually is not bugging anyone. It gives you attack speed, you can do crit dmg with no luc needed. Ive done this thing with two sets like Caylx, and eb = haven for me <3 ....just better stop here srsly.. you are talking complite bullshit.  Again apolagize for being rude.
I think changing the way 60 skills work will be good. But removing them.. is too much i gues.

The last sentence:
This server is only pvp. Not farm+pvp! Then compare how important is in pvp DF, POG, regina, KB, PV, and... EB! xD
Better change to "Etain Healing"-100% HP SP MP, or UT. (Healers not fight)

| You're missing the point of their post. People have more than 1 sets of gear on this server. If you have EB, you use your low luc, slower weapons. Without EB, you switch to higher luc faster weapons.
As a hunter with EB, i have extremely fast with dual axes. Why would i ever use dual axes vs. javelin? To attack someone who has popped EagleEye.
With EB i get more mana (i think) which makes it easier to buff even if i've been hit with viper sting shot. Without EB i have to rest because 1 mana pot isn't enough to buff.
And as stated before, with EB, i dont have to have 400-600 luc, and instead i can use a set of gear that has more attack, or more defense (if you're a btank, warrior, pagan) instead of luc lapis. By adding more defense, you are hitting your enemies for 3-4k, while you are being hit for 2k. Imagine the difference 500 stats makes.
IF YOU DIE, then switch back to your regular dps set.

Then how u link 2 set? xD STR 5's 6's and 5's 6's and 5's 6's in one part? xDD
If will u have 5' and 6's STR then u can link set ONLY dual's str lapis? But remember 1 str=1 atk (For hunter/archers, fitghter/warrior 1.3)
1luc= 0.3 tak+0.75 for crit One dual give 9 str=9atk more One VI LUC -0.3+0,75, VI LUC give more atk lke dual's-i think?

| This is what he said you switch your set with one that got more stats -.- you do almost double dmg when you got eb on.

OK EB is very good and important skill....for farm!

I have priest-healer in 1-60 and i have speed atk ex-fast no EB and...ex-fast whit EB...Yea, i need EB very much.
3. Change how the 60 skills work.
Change EB for Etain Healing or UT

| It's not just about strength. Add some rec/forbid lapis. You should get about 200 more defense/resist
200 base luc --> str (Note: if you change 150 base dex--> str, you will hit even harder on some people or you will miss a lot.)
Hunters/Archers lose are the only class that has luc damage. Fighters/Pagans would gain 1.3 and lose no damage per stat. You will add something between 175min - 475max attack. This is a 15-25% damage increase. The damage you take is also reduced by about the same amount. This is SIGNIFICANT.
I never said it gives you x2 damage. I said your damage will be between 3-4k. Fighters and pagans will obviously hit harder than hunters, closer to 4k.

And dagger with flash 2 - extremly fast (extremly fast is the max atk speed you can get in case you dont know)
Try useing staf with flash 2. You will get extremly fast only with eb.
You might not need it when you use dagger but your team mates do.

ok you're right. Buff give you for 10 min 1 lvl speed , and dont need in this time LUC for critical dmg. And I also think that this buff is very very very important.
3sec (i mean in active pvp )change everything!

| Your argument is like saying big coup, melee reflector, magic defy, health assist, Eagle eye, secure guard (etc) are useless because you lose it if you die and have to wait for the cool down to use it again. That's part of the game learn to work with it. It's not a buff, it's a skill/bonus. When you don't have it USE SOMETHING ELSE
