| till today i thought GS is to help the server and the ppl in game when in need and when they can, but i changed my oppinion after this day.. it became an "etiqueta de la irrelevancia" :l

| While i definitely empathize with your frustration I think the blame lies with the GM's and not the GS's for several reasons.
1. The GS's dont always have raid leader. Infact i've seen Senzapieta (the hacker in question) with raid lead many times.
2. Even if you kick someone from raid they can rejoin unlimited times unless you close the raid which isn't convenient for others
3. A GS needs the time to themselves where they are off the clock and can enjoy the game. However i do understand that once a hacker is noted in game, they should get onto their GM toons and SS/fraps the player. (Which i suppose he didn't do)
4. Even then, The best thing the GS can do is report the player which has been done many times,
After this point the lack of action comes from higher up. Since GM's dont monitor the server themselves, and the evidence provided isn't sufficient, the player will continue to hack. It's embarrassing that this has gone on for Nine Thousand Kills and counting but it's not DemiGod's fault.

| its some day i havent seen senza hacking...anyway demi knows about him, the only thing a GS can do is ban from movement, there is one easy way to evade that. i've seen him and tyrfing banning him continuosly for like 40 mins n he kept doing that...
u dont have the power to make a GS loose his tag, only GMs can
i hate SenzAPietA aswell cos everytime i kicked him when i had lead he rejoined n insulted me lol
the point here isnt Demi's behaviour -.- but that nub speedhacker
i suggest to everyone on both sides
DOWNLOAD FRAPS and make some video when he is around, if u catch him speedhacking ask a GS for his skype and send him the video, he will report it to the GM

| Creeps.. question ... why doesnt the raid leader listen to the GS, if the GS even asked him to kick hackers??? is that the GS isnt respected on light side???
i'm not a GS but when i nicely asked the raid leader to kick a sin "Fatal" who was speeding he just said "ty" and didnt saw Fatal afterwards... it s not that hard to kick some1 50 times from raid lo, if it gets to that number..
the point of this poll is not to remove DemiGod's tag.. is to see more involvement from all of you... as you said 9000+ kills??? i bet he didnt made them on his own, as i quote a fellow darkie " he cant kill even a mosquito"

| Yeah tyme it was me that you pm'd and i was the one that kicked fatal and i also messaged a GS after to watch out for him in the future.
As far as raid leaders listening to the GS there could be many problems too many to write here. I think the real anger is with Senza and not Demi right? Have a little patience, the job will get done but take a little extra time since there are no active GM's.

| again the point is not kicking Senza 50 times...its kicking him 50 times/min or closing the raid at all. in that case anyway he makes his own raid with ppl who cant join us bcos of manual

| You actually blame Demi for everyone's actions on light side ? You want Demi's tag off becouse of raid lead (no metter who is he) that isnt kicking Senza out of raid ? Something is just wrong with you or you are just trying to empathize Demi with this topic. You serious?
The best thing he can do is report it to GMs. Then again its not hes falt that he isnt banned yet. Cant blame him that some ppl got no respect to staff.... Its just ridiculous to blame him like this. You shuld take this to the ppl that usually got raid lead ... not here trying to make GMs doubt theyre choise of staff members for nothing.
He must keep hes tag. Lightside really needs a good staff member like him.

| I believe Demi should keep his tags but I also believe Tyme has a valid point.
Most people think that it is "someone else's job" to ban a hacker and the most they will do is kick them occasionally from raid but wont spend all day doing it either. The highest rank we have is [GS] and if it's anyone's "job" to get them banned, it's theirs. Now you can make an excuse like "he doesn't play at the same time as I do", but when the GS is in raid with the speed hacker and not taking action, it increases peoples frustration.
According to Tyrfying's post for new GS's "GS's have a few requirements and rules:
1.) must be willing to stop pvping on there char if a problem arises to take care of the situation
6.) GS's have to have some means of recording Game-play such as FRAPS ".
So please don't get upset with tyme for saying his frustration.
The reason i believe Demi in innocent of this accusation is we are a community and need to work together and share responsibility. Yes it is partly demi's fault that this has gone on for weeks AND It's tyme's fault, AND my fault AND your fault AND everyone else that has seen him do it, and not taken the proper steps (ie. enough solid proof) to do anything about it. Look at all the people that applied to be GS for fury: Mantis, Extreme, press-OK, Red_Line, Yolo, Aaliyah, Smiley, ----, and myself NONE of which has done anything for weeks. This doesn't mean these are bad people and dont deserve a chance to be GS.
While it is somewhat a GS's job to get proof it is also our job as players to get it and bring it to them, so they can take it to a GM (chain of command). Pointing fingers at 1 individual is not going to solve anything and losing demi as GS will make things worse. Lets try to learn from this situation for next time rather than making a scapegoat so that we feel less guilty ourselves.

| Thing is is that nothing is being done with what there is. Multiple people have reported and seen Senza speed hack. It says on the front page that the GM's will "respond to reports and ban people instantly" and "any rule breaking on this server (...) results in permanent ban". It should be the GS's job to forward these reports to a GM and have something done. Obviously this is not being done as he's still around. I'm not pointing fingers at any GS in particular, but they should be doing something more about it. On the topic in question, I think Demi should still keep his tags. There's not much a GS can do, but that doesn't mean they should do nothing.

| According to the GM's, the reports so far did not have enough proof. Screen shots are too static to give an accurate non-manipulated representation. Video evidence is neccessary in this type of situation.
The question remains, is it a GS's responsibility (if they are online) to get on their GS toon, go invisible, turn on fraps, and follow someone that has been accused of speed hacking. IMO, It's NOT Demi's responsibility to change toons every single time someone makes a false claim "hacker!!!". IMO it's not any GS's responsibility to get proof for anything anyone says. Ei incumbit probatio qui dicit (the burden of proof lies with who declares). It's our responsibility to go to Demi with proof since we are the accusers.
Could Demi have done more? Yes. Could everyone else have as well? You bet. SHOULD we have?... Now that's a philosophical debate for another day.

| guys, SenzA has been reported to the GM's several times. I personally have sent them countless videos of him speed hacking along w/ all of the evidence that I get my hands on from you all.
I dont know why he hasn't been banned yet. but in all honesty I think that the best way to go about this problem now is to just ignore/kick him.
Yes he is a pest, but it isnt the end of the world, and he isnt that good anyways from watching him XD
